ELABORATOR – Research and Innovation Actions Supporting the Implementation of the Climate-neutral and Smart Cities Mission

ELABORATOR is an international initiative that provides methodologies, tools, and recommendations to support urban planners and technology companies in shaping innovative products, services, and interventions for complex urban environments. The project also supports public authorities and policymakers in defining strategies for safe, sustainable, and inclusive urban mobility in line with the new EU urban mobility framework. A further objective is to encourage cooperation and knowledge sharing among twelve European cities in order to accelerate the uptake and scaling of innovative mobility solutions.
