AMAC-FSC

The purpose of the Association is to foster gratitude and loyalty toward the University of Zagreb and other Croatian universities, preserve the traditions of Croatian universities, promote the reputation of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, support the development and advancement of the Faculty, nurture the ethics of the engineering profession, address status-related issues, and contribute to the development of transport science and other shared professional concerns.

The Association continues its activities related to the scientific and professional conference Science and Development of Transport, which has become a long-standing tradition, as well as lectures, panel discussions, and round tables in the field of transport. It also continues to promote cooperation with related associations in Croatia and abroad and to keep members informed through the web portal.

The work program for the upcoming period is based on the general tasks arising from the Statute and the activities of the Association, with particular emphasis on those that are priorities or are of special importance to the Association’s members.

• Cooperation with the Federation of AMAC/AMCA associations at the University of Zagreb
• Cooperation with the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences and employers who hire our students
• Expansion of the membership base and volunteer agreements
• Organization of panels and round tables in the field of transport, while encouraging donor activities
• Participation in and co-organization of the Career Days of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences and After Work gatherings
• Participation in and co-organization of ALUMNIJADA 2025
• Organization of trips for Association members
• Cooperation with related associations in Croatia and abroad

Membership in the Association is open to any person who has obtained the title of university bachelor, graduated, earned a master’s degree, or earned a doctoral degree at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb.

To become a member of the Association, an annual membership fee of 15,00 EUR must be paid to the Association’s account (IBAN: HR5223600001101639783), with your OIB entered as the payment reference number. OIB is required for the Association’s membership register and is a mandatory data point under the Associations Act.
