Economic Advisory Board

The Economic Advisory Board of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences was established with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the academic community and the economic sector, and connecting education, science, and the labour market. The Board brings together representatives of leading companies and institutions from the transport, logistics, communications, and related sectors, who contribute with their expertise and experience to the development of study programmes, research activities, and professional practice at the Faculty.

The Board's key activities are focused on:

Aligning education with labour market needs

Board members actively contribute to modernizing study programmes and curricula through proposals and recommendations, in line with the current needs of the economy and trends in the transport sector.

Supporting students and professional development

Through cooperation with Board members, students are provided with opportunities for professional practice, mentorship, company visits, and direct contact with employers, making their transition to the labour market easier.

Joint research initiatives

The Board encourages the development of collaborative projects, applied research, and innovation initiatives that connect the Faculty with industry and strengthen knowledge transfer and technological development.

The Economic Advisory Board thus represents an important platform for dialogue, cooperation, and the strategic development of the Faculty, with the aim of educating highly qualified professionals ready to respond to the challenges of the modern transport and logistics sectors.
