The primary goal of the Office for Professional Practice and Career Development of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences is to enable students to become familiar with the world of work and apply knowledge in practice, developing new skills and work experience during their studies.

The Faculty’s goal is for students, upon graduation, to acquire not only theoretical knowledge but also competencies that make them more competitive on the labour market.

The role of the Office for Professional Practice and Career Development is to:

  1. establish contact between students and employers who can help them gain practical experience
  2. act as a partner in the implementation of the best business ideas (student entrepreneurship)
  3. bring the business world closer to students through educational workshops and develop sensitivity to questions arising from professional practice
  4. give students insight into contemporary career-development tools
  5. organise the Career Day of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences
