Project description
The project “Professional Internship for Active Career Development at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences – SPARK FPZ” will strengthen the capacities of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences to improve student employability. The activities of the Faculty’s Office for Professional Internships and Career Development will be enhanced through the introduction of a “career advisor” service. The quality of professional internships within the Logistics and Transport study programs will also be improved through the evaluation of internship programs, the introduction of new digital tools, and the involvement of employers in defining the content and learning outcomes of professional internships. The result of the project will be increased student competencies and skills, as well as faster access to permanent employment within their profession.
