Mission
The mission of the Department of Urban Transport is to educate and promote, through teaching and scientific research, highly specialized experts capable of solving the most complex urban transport problems, who will be ready on the national and international labour market to take on the task of addressing the growing transport challenges of urban environments.
Vision
The vision of the Department of Urban Transport is to create a stimulating environment in which students and future researchers will be educated and advanced through the synergistic research and teaching activities of the Department’s members. Owing to the specific interdisciplinarity of urban transport, the Department will act as a place of knowledge integration across all transport systems and subsystems through strong cooperation with the other departments of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences.
