Civil Pilot
The Civil Pilot module integrates academic education and EASA ATPL theory and provides students with the pathway to a professional pilot career. The programme covers all key elements of pilot training, from aircraft systems to operational procedures and flight safety.
Description
The Civil Pilot module prepares students for a career as a professional pilot in commercial and general aviation through a combination of academic content and EASA-standardized theoretical and practical training.
The programme is aligned with European pilot requirements (EASA), includes ATPL theory, workshops, simulator training and practical flying which are prerequisite for obtaining commercial and instrument ratings.
About the Programme
The programme provides broad knowledge of aerodynamics, aircraft systems, meteorology, navigation, human factors and aviation regulations, with detailed ATPL theory and foundational practical training. The programme equips students to continue practical training in partner ATO schools for obtaining pilot ratings in accordance with EASA PART-FCL.
Upon completion of the module, students acquire an academic degree and ATPL-level theoretical knowledge, with the opportunity to continue practical training in partner ATO schools for obtaining pilot ratings.

Curriculum
The programme combines core aeronautical courses with complete EASA ATPL theoretical content. Technical, operational and safety subjects are integrated with practical simulator and flight experience, ensuring students meet international licensing standards for commercial aviation.
Core courses include aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, human factors in aviation, aircraft construction, air law, flight operations, aircraft performance, aircraft instruments and systems, aviation English, and practical flight training modules.
Advanced options include crew resource management, simulator techniques, advanced flight risk management, IFR navigation practices, meteorological applications in commercial aviation, and operational procedures for various aircraft types.

The final thesis covers an aviation operations topic such as flight performance analysis, navigation systems, safety management or operational procedures. Students demonstrate independent research and practical problem-solving grounded in regulatory and operational knowledge.
