
Invitation to tender for application of individual mobility of students outside the CEEPUS network (freemover) for the summer semester 2025/2026
Deadline for submitting applications:
The Committee for Ranking and Selection of Candidates, in front of the Committee for International Cooperation and Mobility of the Faculty of Transport Sciences, hereinafter: the Committee, will consider all complete applications received by e-mail to the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility until October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
How much the scholarship is in individual countries and what it includes can be seen on the CEEPUS platform by selecting the country flag.
Notes:
- a student is entitled to reimbursement of travel expenses for a maximum of one achieved mobility in the CEEPUS program during one academic year. Within the scope of one mobility, the student has the right to reimbursement of travel expenses for one return trip. The conditions under which the right to reimbursement of travel expenses is exercised are described on the AMPEU website under the name Procedure for reimbursement of travel expenses, while the procedure for exercising this right for FPZ students is described on our website under Mobility > CEEPUS > Outgoing students > Forms and instructions

- list of partner institutions with addresses within the network of the acronym FINALIST, as well as the designation / identification number of the CEEPUS network (CPNR), for ac. the year in which you intend to achieve mobility are available on our website under Mobility > CEEPUS
- more detailed information on the procedures that are valid primarily for outgoing students (FPZ students on mobility at the host institution) is provided in the Guidelines on student mobility for the purpose of a study stay within the program CEEPUS.
The application documentation must contain:
- application form
- CV (Europass format) in English
- transcript of exams and grades passed so far and ECTS credits achieved certified by the student service of the home faculty. The certificate must also contain the weighted average – emphasize to the student service officer when issuing the certificate. (Undergraduate and graduate students attach transcripts for all levels of higher education studies to date: undergraduate and graduate. Postgraduate students attach transcripts for postgraduate level studies only).
- exclusively for undergraduate and graduate students: Certificate of knowledge of the working language of the foreign university/institution to which the student is applying for mobility. The requirement is a minimum B2 level of knowledge of the language in which the study program applied for by the student will be conducted according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) – copies of certificates are submitted. Students of the Faculty of Traffic Sciences can obtain a certificate for this purpose from the student service if they have attended and passed two years of the target language.

- two letters of recommendation from your home institution (Letter of Recommendation Home Institution)
