TRENDLINE – Technical Assistance for the development and collection of Road safety Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

TRENDLINE brings together 25 European Union Member States, along with four observer countries, for the collection and analysis of data and the delivery of road safety key performance indicators for policy application. These indicators provide information on risk factors linked to crashes and injuries, such as speeding or drink driving. Building on the experience of the Baseline project, TRENDLINE continues work on the Commission-defined KPIs while also identifying additional indicators, developing methodologies for them, and testing them on a limited scale.
