Competition for online student mobility within the CEEPUS program for 2025/2026. (winter and summer semester)

Deadline for submitting applications:
The Committee for Ranking and Selection of Candidates, in front of the Committee for International Cooperation and Mobility of the Faculty of Transport Sciences, hereinafter: the Committee, will consider all complete applications received by e-mail to the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility and that for:

·      mobilities in the winter semester:until May 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

·      mobilities in the summer semester:until October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. or earlier if all available scholarships are awarded. Note: From June 1, 2025, the committee will meet as needed and consider all complete applications for the summer semester received no later than 11:59 p.m. on the 10th calendar day of the current month, ending on October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. or earlier if all available scholarships are awarded. During August, the Commission for Ranking and Selection of Candidates will not meet.

Information on scholarship amounts for each country and the rights of CEEPUS scholarship holders in each country is available atwww.ceepus.info – by selecting the flag of a particular country under CEEPUS Member Countries and NCOs.

Notes:

·      the student has the right to reimbursement of travel expenses for a maximum of one achieved mobility in the CEEPUS program during one academic year. Within the scope of one mobility, the student has the right to reimbursement of travel expenses for one return trip. The conditions under which the right to reimbursement of travel expenses is exercised are described on the AMPEU website under the nameProcedure for reimbursement of travel expenses, while the procedure for exercising this right for FPZ students is described on our website under Mobility > CEEPUS > Outgoing students > Forms and instructions

·      list of partner institutions with addresses within the acronym FINALIST network, as well as the designation / identification number of the CEEPUS network (CPNR), for ac. the year in which you intend to achieve mobility are available on our website under Mobility > CEEPUS

Application documentation must contain:

3.    transcript of exams passed so far and grades and achieved ECTS credits certified by the student service of the home faculty. The certificate must also contain the weighted average – emphasize to the student service officer when issuing the certificate. (Undergraduate and graduate students attach transcripts for all levels of higher education studies to date: undergraduate and graduate. Postgraduate students attach transcripts for postgraduate level studies only).

4.    exclusively for undergraduate and graduate students: Certificate of knowledge of the working language of the foreign university/institution to which the student is applying for mobility. The condition is a minimum B2 level of knowledge of the language in which the study program applied for by the student will be carried out according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR) – copies of certificates are to be submitted. Students of the Faculty of Traffic Sciences can obtain a certificate for this purpose from the student service if they have attended and passed two years of the target language.
