
The Faculty of Transport Sciences in cooperation with Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Zlín, Czech Republic organizes a Blended Intensive Program called “International Student Symposium in Logistics and Business – ISSLIB 2026: Sustainability, Circular Economy and Smart Logistics in Practice Digital Transformation of Transport and Logistics Systems”.
The start and end of the program (including physical and virtual components) is from August 31 to September 12, 2026.
The physical part of the program will be held in Zlín from September 7 to 12, 2026, and the trip would start a day earlier and return a day later. Lectures by professors and experts from practice are planned in the morning, technical visits in the afternoon, and the evening is reserved for various social events.
Costs of students’ physical mobility will be covered as part of the Erasmus+ program. Student participation will be recorded as an extracurricular activity with the award of 4 ECTS points.
Applications are open to all students and (non-)teaching staff, but given the required prior knowledge for active participation and monitoring of the program, additional points are awarded to students of the undergraduate and graduate study program in Logistics and to candidate members of (non-)teaching staff who are the bearers of cooperation for the BIP program.
