Publication Fee, Journal Promet - Traffic&Transportation
The publication fee, or article processing charge (APC), is the cost of processing and publishing an article in an open access (OA) journal.
Publication Fee in journal Promet - Traffic&Transportation is EUR 1.200.
If the payer is a natural person or non-taxable legal entity, the publication fee is EUR 1.200 plus VAT 25%, in total EUR 1.500.
Taxable legal entity (company or institution) pays EUR 1.200. For taxable legal entities a reverse-charge procedure applies.
All transfer charges are to be covered by the payer.
Processing Fee, journal Promet - Traffic&Transportation
The processing fee is EUR 500 and covers the costs incurred during the review and editing process. A withdrawal fee will be charged to authors who choose to withdraw their manuscript after the review process has started. A penalty fee will be imposed if it is determined that the authors have committed an ethical breach, including but not limited to fabrication and falsification of data, duplicate submissions to another journal, conflicts of interest, improper authorship, or ghostwriting.
Paper Fee, ZIRP 2023 - International Conference "The Science and Development of Transport"
The paper fee is EUR 280.
If the payer is a natural person or non-taxable legal entity, the publication fee is EUR 280 plus VAT 25%, in total EUR 350.
A legal entity (company or institution) pays EUR 280. For taxable legal entities a reverse-charge procedure applies.
All Croatian based payers must cover the VAT cost.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
The online payment platform is managed by the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, Vukelićeva 4, 10000 Zagreb, registration number: 080976802, tax number: 91380369083, which is an e-business service provider.
The general terms and conditions of business relate to the operation of the platform, the rights and obligations of users and regulate the business relationship between service providers and payers.
The payer is bound by the general conditions that apply at the time of payment. By making the payment, the payer confirms his knowledge of them.

Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences of the University of Zagreb respects the privacy of every person whose personal data it collects. As a controller of your personal data, the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences is obligated to protect your personal data and guarantee that the data collection and storage will be carried out according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Croatian Law on Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable regulations in the Republic of Croatia.

The Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences is committed to protecting the user's personal data by collecting only the required, basic data on customers/users that are necessary to perform our services. All user data is kept secure and is available only to employees of the Faculty who need it to perform their work.
As a provider of credit card authorization and payment services, WSPay processes personal data as a processor in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS L1 which regulates secure collection and transfer of data.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and payment, that is to perform the services, is considered confidential.
Customer's personal data required for the execution of authorization and payment includes:
- First and last name
- Phone
- Address
- City
- Zip code
- State
- Card type
- Card number
- Card expiration date
- CVV number (Card Verification Value)
WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purposes of authorization and payment, while the Faculty collects and stores in the database only the customer's name and e-mail address.
WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all requirements set by the applicable regulations on personal data protection for personal data processors, and in particular the provision of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures as guaranteed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
