ANNOUNCES A VACANCY FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF
one employee (m/f) for the position of senior technical associate – senior laboratory technician, internal title senior administrative officer in the Secretariat, permanent, full-time, with a three-month probationary period.
JOB DESCRIPTION
preparation of analyses, reports, and statistics related to external quality-assessment procedures
preparation and implementation of procedures for initial accreditation, reaccreditation, extraordinary evaluation, thematic evaluation, initial study-programme accreditation, and follow-up monitoring,
administrative support in institutional quality-assessment procedures,
preparation of analyses, reports, and statistics related to procedures for amendments to curricula and study programmes
performance of administrative and technical duties related to the publication of a scientific journal
performance of other related administrative and technical duties as assigned by a superior.
REQUIREMENTS
completed university undergraduate or professional undergraduate study
at least one year of work experience in administrative tasks
a high level of English proficiency, spoken and written
proficiency in the MS Office package
a high level of communication skills
creativity
carefulness and precision in performing tasks
problem-solving orientation
Prednost:
experience of work in higher education
knowledge of quality-assurance systems in higher education and science

The Faculty reserves the right to conduct tests of knowledge and skills for applicants who satisfy the formal requirements. Candidates will be informed of the place and time of the assessment by e-mail to the address stated in the application. If a candidate does not attend the assessment, it shall be deemed that the application has been withdrawn.
