University Undergraduate Study Programmes
General admission conditions are published in the Call for Applications for enrolment in the first year of university undergraduate, integrated undergraduate and graduate, and professional undergraduate study programmes in the academic year 2025/2026, item 5.
For enrolment in the first year of university undergraduate study programmes in the academic year 2025/2026, special admission quotas were approved for Croats living outside the Republic of Croatia (Transport study programme: 2 places and Logistics study programme: 2 places).
Candidates apply for the desired undergraduate study programme through the NISpVU system, and the same rules apply to them as to all other candidates.
The admission dates and conditions are the same for Croats living outside the Republic of Croatia as for those living within the Republic of Croatia.
At enrolment, candidates must additionally provide a Certificate of Belonging to the Croatian People and the Decision on Recognition of a Foreign Educational Qualification.
University Graduate Study Programmes
In the academic year 2025/2026, special admission quotas were approved for Ukrainian citizens under temporary protection in the Republic of Croatia. The quotas for the academic year 2026/2027 are expected to be adopted later.
The right to enrol as a full-time student within the special quota may be exercised by persons from Ukraine under temporary protection in the Republic of Croatia, provided that recognition of the acquired qualification at the appropriate level has already been completed or that recognition has been determined to be possible.
Applications from these candidates are received in the same way and within the same deadlines as for Croatian citizens and EU citizens, but a separate admission list is published for them.
Admission quota: 12 places (Transport study programme: 5 places, Intelligent Transport Systems and Logistics study programme: 5 places, and Aeronautics study programme: 2 places).
Applicants must submit certified copies of the following documents:
- certificate of granted temporary protection in the Republic of Croatia issued by the Ministry of the Interior
- proof of citizenship under which the candidate applies (certified copy of the passport if the candidate does not have a Croatian OIB)
- decision on recognition of a foreign educational qualification
- proof of Croatian language proficiency at B2 level or proof of enrolment in a Croatian language course
Documents issued in a foreign language must be accompanied by a translation by a certified court interpreter.
